Szechuan Chinese Restaurant   

We moved away while they were building the new one and we are going back . They were small and oh so good..will let you know how they are now but I think they will be wonderful.

Words cannot describe how much of a personal jesus Szechuan has been for me. It's one of only 2 asian-faire joints i like in the hell hole of a city. It's kind of small, but the wall is lined...seriously, lined with awards the place has won from the city for "Best of..." Everything here has great flavor and tastes fresh, the steamed rice is perfectly cooked and easy to grab with chopsticks so you can shovel it in along with some awesome tasting mongolian beef, szechuan chicken, or sweet and sour pork. That's just some of the menu, the seafood stuff here is good as well, especially since we're in west texas now. The eggrolls are amazing, the hot n sour soup just plain rules. There's nothing i dont enjoy about the restaurant. Also, like someone said before you can see your food being cooked which is always comforting. You may hafta wait for a table for a while since every time i've been here it's pretty crowded, or just call in and get takeout. Average pricing, good service, and great lunch specials.

Szechuan is the best Chinese food in Abilene in the opinion of our family. It is worth the wait!
