when shopping for a pet or having your pet groomed it is important to check credentials, feedback, testimonials and the obvious the visual. i have been taking my children , bennington and brandi to bubbles for groom care and have been very pleased. i communicate with the groomer, we exchange both professional and laymen decisions for what i would like and what professional input from my groomer to give my babies a clean, healthy, and beautiful look. communication is the biggest component of having your pet groomed or thinking about buying a pet. the one feedback said she is not going to support bubbles when there are animals next door at the humane society. well, this is an unfair comment. my baby brandy, a beautiful schnoodle was rescured from the dog shelter and my sweetie pie Bennington, ******* was purchased from a breeder. i guess i got the best of both worlds. the comment was ridiculous. there are many ways of purchasing a pet for your family, and whether it is a private purchase, a rescue purchase or from a pet store, i find these all great ways of bringing a pet in a home and loving it and being a part a family. bubbles, keep doing the good work you are doing !!! my babies are your babies :)

I bought a puppy from Bubbles in December 2008. Took the puppy to my vet and he had kennel cough, took 3 rounds of antibiotics and other medications to get rid of it. Contacted Bubbles immediately and they refused to pay for anything! They say 100% satisfaction guaranteed, it's a rip-off for what I paid to get the puppy. It was the least they could do to pay for the medications and they refused. Will never do business there again and will not recommend them to anyone I know!

i refuse to support bubbles while they sell animals when the humane society is right across the street

Have been taking my pet there for 3 years or more, my family takes their pets there. We think they're great - we must be right because lots and lots of people keep taking their pets there. Keep up the good work Bubbles. We love you!!!
