One of several jazz locations in town, they have no cover charge and bring in some nice musicians. With the live jazz playing, it's a big draw for the nightlife crowd. The owners offer soups and sandwiches like the Grilled Halibut Sandwich ($5.95), "Louis Armstrong" Creole Gumbo, the "Ella Fitzgerald" Fettuccine ($9.95) with seafood or vegetables and a "Sarah Vaughan" Stuffed Mushrooms with Herbed Sausage appetizer ($7.95). Only beer (tap and bottle) and wine (by the bottle $18 and up) is served.

PHANTASSTIC!!!
Cozy and intimate and the best jazz and blues in the city. Staff is attentive and friendly. Soul Man Sam, that throwback to the 60's and 70's, is not to be missed. Not to mention Champagne and his band. Must see. Tom and the cast of musucians he commands are the ultimate!!!
