Friendly waitstaff, excellent food. Like being able to do carryout and have the same quality of food as when you eat in. Much nicer atmosphere since remodeling. Keep up the good work.

Fairly good food. If you want ribs, go to Texas Roadhouse.
Skimpy
Famous Dave's has a monopoly in the Valley. Which allows them to skimp on both the quality and quantity for the money.
