I know this is a Buckhead staple, and supposedly one of the best florists in town. I had an absolutely awful experience with them. The man I dealt with, I think he was the owner, was very obnoxious and unconcerned that I was dissatisfied with their service. It's no English garden -- but it's close. I ordered a floral arrangement and a fruit basket, both delivered to my home so that I could hand-deliver them to the recipients. I requested a $50 floral and a $30 fruit. The floral was pitiful and ugly, and the fruit basket was also gross. The bananas were brown. When I first looked at the basket, I thought 'How nice, there are muffins,' but on closer inspection it was a bruised up orange! I took the arrangements back. A man told me that they had given me a more expensive fruit basket and a less expensive floral arrangement. That wasn't his decision to make! Then, in front of me he opened up the fruit basket, and started eating a brown banana, exclaiming that it was delicious. He wouldn't give me a refund, just an exchange. I took home a plant he assured me would live a long time. It died within a month!
