Quality of merchandise, and more importantly.....customer service issues all over the store, DOWN significantly since 2003. Feels more like a regular department store atmosphere. Very, very different from most other Neiman Marcus store located in other states, and from years past. Constantly filthy overall. Most employees do NOT look , or fit the retail icon they represent. That of course reflects on their Human Resources Department, and their senior store management.
