This restaurant and hotel is apparently going through new management or mis-management I should say. The service here is terrible and the quality went south!

My husband and I WERE frequent customers at the Palm. We enjoyed the food and service, but the last time we were there, we left with a sour taste in our mouths. The 5lb. lobster we ordered did not look like a 5-pounder. The server was very helpful and took it back. Upon receiving our second lobster, we noticed it was the same lobster, with a extra claws added. We requested that we get a fresh 5-lb lobster. The general manager showed up at our table and was extremely rude to my husband and I. He told us the bill was on them and asked us to never come back. We did not want a free meal, we wanted what we were paying for. I've never felt so humilated in my entire life. That manager should be fired ASAP for his lack of customer servie skills. I'll be writing the Palm's corporate offices with my complaints.

Very dissappointing... Weak representation of NYC version under same name. We had lobster ( that was worst (toughest) I have ever had - sent it back and left. Too loud, over rated and over priced. Too many other good places in Atlanta to waste your money here.
