Swallow At the Hollow   

If you have a soft spot for smoked barbecue and enjoy the casual characteristic of Southern settings, Swallow at the Hollow has both down to a science. You'll also find Brunswick stew that ranks highly among Southern connoisseurs who also go for the almost-gourmet pit-cooked portabella sandwich with smoked gouda and fried green tomatoes. Top off your selection with your choice of three distinct sauces flavored with tomato, mustard or vinegar. Service with a smile completes the Southern feast.
