Aiko   

The name is a Japanese term for 'love child,' a fitting title for sultry Aiko (pronounced EYE-ko). Expect to be tempted on many levels by the eclectic Buckhead spot. By day, Aiko serves up creative sushi; by night it magically transforms into a cutting-edge club and martini bar with throbbing-energy entertainment. Sleek and unique, Aiko even sizzles on the menu. Maki comes in three levels. 'Beginners' include tame California rolls, 'Intermediates' add Caterpillar Rolls, but the Advanced roster seduces with naughty names, like 'Ecstasy Roll' -- or, if needed, 'Viagra Roll' -- and more in between. All the usual Japanese suspect dishes show up: Teriyaki, sashimi, gyoza, edamame and a roster of Nigiri from Anago to Unagi. The tastes take on flirty twists, like 'Magic Mushrooms,' an appetizer of baked salmon-avocado wraps. When dinner wraps up and the lights go down, stick around for a new beat. The crowd leans towards the club-clad young and trendy.
