Terrible!!
By Basham4real on 02/14/2009
Took my wife to Justin's for Valentines Day and was shocked!! The service was very slow and staff rally seemed as if they didn't know what was going on. The website says gratuity will be added for party's of 4 or more, but I had $18.90 added as gratuity for my wife and I, and the servier still handed me a pen for an additional tip. I received a hot beer, hot cranberry sauce, cold stuffing and cold gravey. Very, Very over rated!!!

correction: the people that I was referring to are those who are stationed inside the restrooms. They expect a tip for handing you a napkin or just for conversating with you. I would not expect that from an upscale place at all

To say that my dining experience at Justin's was horrible is an understatement. The service was bad and our server (Darrick) was cold and unfriendly. We came to Justin's for a Sunday Brunch while visiting Atlanta this Memorial Day weekend. I was billed incorrectly eventhough the server knew full well that the bill was wrong. Justin's offer free Sunday Brunch for Kids under five. My 3 year old daughter (you can't mistake her for being older than 3) was billed for the kids brunch. My other daughter and her friend who are clearly kids (6 and 9 years old) were charged the adults brunch price. I don't mind paying for a meal if it is worth it. And clearly this was not the case. The stuffing and grits were good other than that everything else was bad. I have dined at finer restaurants than Justin's and have never experienced anything like this. The server deliberately charged us bogus charges. My advice: if you would like to have a great dining experience, go someplace else 'cause you sure won't get it at Justins!
