Been there, Done that!
This great bar was owned and named after Joey Culmone, one of the most successful and talented racehorse jockeys that ever lived. Even as a child, because of his diminutive size and strength, my mother stated that he would be a great jockey someday, and she was right. He also was one of the nicest guys I ever met.
