If you're looking for a great time and the club atmosphere isn't your scene, check out The Anchorage. The place is absolutely beautiful. The main bar is wood and brass. The floors are wood, and there are plenty of tables to sit and relax with your friends. If you're hanging out for the big game, you can catch it on one of The Anchorage's six TVs. There are two pool tables sectioned off from the main floor. The dining room is separate as well. There's a secondary bar between the main room and dining room, as well as seating on the front porch when the weather permits.If you're hungry, the kitchen offers great food from 11am to 2am. Drink specials run Sunday through Thursday, and there's a DJ on Tuesday nights.No matter what night you go, the crowd is always on. If you walk in and don't spot at least one familiar face, you must not have any friends. In addition to being the second stop on the "Beermuda Triangle," The Anchorage is a great place to start your night if you're out for some major partying. -- Jim Hauck
