DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
SERVERS ARE A JOKE , FOOD IS WORSE. HAD DINNER RESERVATIONS... SEATED WITH NO WAIT
THE $39 FILET MIGNON I ORDERED WAS DRY AND THE SIZE OF A WHITE CASTLE BURGER...WAS CUT IN HALF TO ENSURE DONENESS IS WHAT I WAS TOLD, TO ME IT MEANS THE CHEF IS ONLY A SHORT ORDER COOK. SMALL PORTIONS THAT LEAVE YOU STILL HUNGRY AFTER SPAENDING OVER $100. UNPROFESSIONAL WAIT STAFF NEED A LESSIONON HOW TO SERVE CUSTOMERS. MUSIC IS BLASTED TO HIDE SOUND OF THE VERY NOISEY KITCHEN. OVERALL HORRIBLE RESTAURANT. GO ELSEWHERE !!!
IF YOU WANT A GREAT MEAL AND GREAT SERVICE IN A RELAXING DINING ENVIROMENT GO TO THE OLD HOMESTEAD INSTEAD. BOBBY, THIIS PLACE IS A JOKE. DIDN'Y EXPECT THIS POOR QUALITY FROM YOU.

A serious Iron Chef Experience
I was a convert from a 4 star James Beard award winning Asian/French, vaulted ceiling restaurant which I went to for dinner every other weekend for 2 years. It closed, so my wife and friends tried a couple different restaurants in Atlantic Casino scene. After trying a few, we have settled on Bobby Flay's at the Borgata. It is excellent. I am astounded that some people were not satisified with the food and service. The food is great; the service tip-top and the wines ...perfect matches. If anyone has a problem, they should say something to the GM. I gurantee you will be satisified. Ask the servers about the food. The servers are real pros. Sommeliers are top notch. Eat at the copper bar. Bar staff are wonderful. Give it a chance. It is really nice. It is one of the highest volume restaurants around. Flay's food is excellent quality. Best lobster between NYC and Cape May.

I am a steak lover and Bobby Flay Steak lives up to my expectations. The decor is stunning and breathtaking but also just really fun and has a great vibe. The service was professional and the prices were appropriate for what you get. My fave dishes are the spicy southwestern ribeye, crispy lobster/squid salad, wild mushroom potatoes with truffle oil (amazing) and the baked alaska dessert. I actually think one of the better highlights was the cheese bread. In any case, I am glad the Borgata finally has a place like this!
