Took care of my problems with the IRS.
5 years ZERO work on my IRS issue
Premier Tax Services took my money and did absolutely nothing in five years towards working on my IRS resolution case.
When I gave them money I was told that resolution could take "...up to two years...". That was at least five years ago.
The IRS told me today (April 19,2009) that there had been ZERO contact on my case.
I did everything Premier asked me to. Gave them updated tax returns, power of attorney and paid their fees.
Premier did nothing. Not one contact with the IRS on my behalf.
I'll deal with the IRS on my own. I was certainly stupid to have trusted this firm for so long without checking with the IRS myself.
The one star rating above was as low as I could leave. Should be a big zero.
