Castle Hill consistently wins polls large and small in the category of most romantic restaurant. This is the spot for a candlelight dinner to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, makeups, you name it. The staff is not only courteous and gracious but also knowledgeable. Choose from nearly 40 wines, twice that by the bottle or from a handful of imported and domestic beers, ales and lagers. As for the food, the menu changes every few weeks, but you will always find a half-dozen imaginative entrees inspired by regional cuisine worldwide. Pork and beef tenderloin, lamb, chicken and seafood are prepared in ever-changing ways and served with their own sides. Soups such as spicy duck and sausage gumbo, huge entree salads such as chile-lime grilled chicken salad and vegetarian offerings such as lasagna fresca with basil puree round out the menu.
