Coburns Tavern   

Talk about a 'Cheers' kind of place: This tavern fits right into that hometown, homespun category, with all your friends clustered around the bar or at one of the tables in front of the sunlit front windows. The decor is just as cozy as home, with cafe curtains trimming the windows and ceiling fans turning lazily overhead. Everyone seems to know everyone else as they sip beers or dig into one of the menu's many seafood dishes, from scallops to stuffed flounder to a crab platter. And you can start off with seafood as well, with an appetizer of clams Coburn or Sticky Shrimp. Or for a change of pace, stick to red meat or a lighter meal of soup and salad.
