What a knockout view! This 15th-floor restaurant takes in the great sweep of the Inner Harbor in a vista that reaches all the way past Fells Point into the shipping lanes along which freighters make their way toward the Chesapeake Bay. Inside, all is cool in gray and blue so that pesky reflections in the glass don't interfere. True to its name, Pisces specializes in seafood, gussied up in contemporary style and almost as good as the view. The Chesapeake paella overflows with goodies -- shrimp, mussels, rockfish, chicken, andouille sausage -- embedded in its saffron-and-tomato-tinged rice. And the whole rockfish topped with charred tomatoes, pine nuts and lump crabmeat brings well-balanced flavor to the table. Service can sometimes be agonizingly slow, but there's always that view to pick up the slack. The Sunday all-you-can-eat brunch at the mammoth restaurant is truly a sight to behold. Kick things off with a complimentary mimosa and then establish your game plan. Are you going to hit the carving station first for some succulent roast beef? Maybe you're in the mood for a made-to-order omelet. Of course, there's also plenty of seafood, salads, fresh fruit, imported and domestic cheeses and a wide variety of freshly baked goodies and sinful desserts.
