Value City Furniture   

My husband and I had furniture ordered and about a year or two later the wooden design was coming off of the one side of the couch. I set up an appointment for a week later and had no problem with the man coming out and fixing it. We were very satified with the response. We will be purchasing another coach soon and a chair. I bought a couch and loveseat in September. By December the back of the sofa was coming off. I called to have a Service Technician sent out to fix it, and was given an appointment. When that date came, I called the store to get an idea of when the Technician would be arriving. They informed me that I was not on the calendar for tthat date because a part had been ordered, and I was taken off the calendar because it hadn't arrived. In the first place, no one had seen the furntiure to see what part was needed. In the second place, no one called me to let me know I was off the calendar for that date, so I was sitting around waiting for no one! Instead of correctingTHEIR mistake and sending someone that day, they are having me wait on another day.
