Ribs and sauce get together for a heavenly experience. That's the drill at Big Bad Wolf, where both pork and beef ribs are served along with chicken. The bird comes either classically barbecued or served seasoned with Old Bay. Sauces run from Carolina and Kansas city to Texas pit and mild honey sauce. Wet or dry, you're going to be in a barbecue paradise.

BEST OF EVERYTHING
THERE ARE NO OTHER RIBS IN TOWN THAT COULD HOLD A BONE TO THESE RIBS OR ANY OTHER THING ON THE MENU, DOWN TO THE AWESOME HOMEMADE HEATH BAR COOKIES. I WOULD EAT THERE EVERYDAY IF MY HEART COULD TAKE IT. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DRIVE PAST CORNER STABLE AND ANY OTHER PLACE AND TRY THESE RIBS AND DON'T FORGET THE GREENS. YOU WILL NOT HAVE WASTED YOUR GAS BECAUSE THEIR PRICES ARE LOW AND PORTIONS ARE HIGH. EVANETTE1@AOL.COM

Excellent greens, beans and slaw.
One of the things "The Wolf" has over other rib joints, is that they don't use sauces out of bottles, they create their own.
My family recently had to provide food after a funeral for one of my nephews, and I turned to The Big Bad Wolf for help. These guys came in early, whipped up some of their mac-n-cheese, and those ever so tasty ribs for me. EVERYBODY asked afterward, where the food had come from. They even loved the ribs with only the dry rub.
CHAPS can't compare.
