Cafe de Paris is an exquisite find in an unusual location, a plethora of low-rise office complexes. But if it's French country cooking you crave, you won't go wrong with this pricey sit-down, where a meal is a worth-the-expense adventure. Low light and fine settings create plenty of mood, and the waitstaff moves with precision, anticipating your every request. The easiest way to start your culinary journey is to partake in the dinner formule, which offers a choice of any appetizer, main course and dessert for $32.95 a person (though a la carte selections are available for all courses). Starters include French onion soup, garlic snails, red pepper stuffed with goat cheese and steamed mussels. There is an ample entree selection, with such offerings as veal, pork, steak, duck and chicken. From the sea, you can choose between homemade bouillabaisse, pan-seared salmon or grilled yellowfish tuna. Not a big fan of meat? Try the vegetarian plate or vegetarian pasta. Chocolate mousse, creme brulee, tarts and sherbets tempt for dessert. Smaller versions of main dishes and sandwiches are available during lunch, and if your morning or afternoon is rushed, stop by the adjacent deli, which supplies sandwiches, panini, desserts and pastries. -- Pete Kerzel
