Stuck in the middle of a bustling Highlandtown strip, Carlos O'Charlies takes multiple personalities to new heights. Want to saddle up to the bar, pound the pub food and recap last night's game or today's news? A long, inviting rail beckons, along with starters like tamales, taquitos, fried calamari and mini crab cakes. Need to unwind with something more filling? Plasma televisions line the walls of the dining room and temptations like pastas, chops, seafood and steaks are available. Fish tacos accented with guacamole and mango salsa recall San Diego while barbecued ribs and chicken are down-home treats. Chicken and pork chops get the Caribbean treatment. Cajun chicken and shrimp pasta are tossed in a creamy, veggie-laden Alfredo sauce, while the house pasta mixes chicken, ham, Portobello mushrooms and sun-dried tomatoes in garlic and basil tossed fettuccini. After your meal -- which isn't complete without a homemade dessert -- retire to a lounge or downstairs, where another bar, pool tables and more televisions (there are 34 in total on two floors) await.

My Dads Place....

Carlos O' Charlies is my dads place... Its the perfect place to go if you want to relax OR if you want to party. With the bustling downstairs (which has DJs AND Live Mariachi every weekend) its almost a surprise to find the upstairs lounge. It has two soft couches that take up TWO walls and a large fountian... its the perfect place for a romantic dinner. Or, taking in count the Plasma and the other two TVs, the perfect place to watch the sports! There are three bars, a tiki bar (thats non smoking!) and a long inviting contemperary bar, to the downstairs bar surrounded by pool tables. Oh, and the kitchen is open from 11 am to 1 am DAILY. (Please AOL people update the hours of opperation, Thanks) So, for you early risers and night owls: Carlos O' Charlies is the perfect fit. Hungry for Fine Dining? Want something lighter? How About Just what to grab a beer and go dancing? Perfect place for every one. (By the way- We're not one of those snotty resturants... Brings the little kids! There are welcome =) ) Oh and last but not least: its SAFE. Surveliance, Body Gaurds/ Bouncers.... We've taken every step possible to keep you safe. Our customers are highly valued. (We've even gone so far as to make the sidewalk OUTSIDE watched) Come and Visit Us~! You mignt be able to chat with one of the numerous Orioles players that come to Carlos O' Charlies (Thats Right!
