Rate and Write a Review Submarine sandwiches like the chicken parmesan, the steak and cheese and the classic Italian make the recently expanded Maria D's a neighborhood classic. Calzones, beer-battered onion rings, the gyro sandwiches and the baklava also help make this hotspot a standout of old Federal Hill. When it comes to good American take-out, the Greek and Italian specialties of Ms. D's have no equal.

great pizza & best cheese steak sub in town
all though i never eaten in the maria 'd in balto.i do eat at the location in heart of glen burnie hard to find, but there behind the red lion groc store
accros from pertucci's chicken , and they must have the same menu as the location on light st. i like the home made ice tea also and huge salads, i consider myself a good judge of greasy food , and no doubt about it , best one around , i eat there 2-3 times a week , friday i take a stop on my home and bring home a big pie with works good to go !!
This Ain't No Yuppie Pizza
GEOGRAPHY LESSON: MARIA D'S IS IN SOUTH BALTIMORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FEDERAL HILL IS A HISTORIC NATIONAL MONUMENT THAT OVERLOOKS BALTIMORE'S EVER CHANGING (for the benefit of rich people)HARBOR (RUINED SINCE THEY ADDED ANOTHER HIGH RISE HOTEL RIGHT ON THE EDGE OF THE WATER WHERE IT WILL EVENTUALLY ERODE INTO THE BAY, God is watching you crooked developers..)
In a city where a new yuppie bar pops up on your corner every few weeks, it's comforting to know that Maria D's is still there.
If you are looking for CLASSIC FATTENING PIZZA (sorry health freaks, no tofu here), boardwalky, greasy, cheesy goodness awaits you.
