Tony Foreman & Cindy Wolf's Charleston is located on the waterfront in the burgeoning Harbor East neighborhood. Chef Cindy Wolf is a two-time nominee for Best-Chef, Mid-Atlantic by The James Beard Foundation (2006 & 2008). Her award-winning, contemporary cuisine is rooted in the regional cuisine of France and traditions of the "Low Country" area of South Carolina. Chef Wolf's commitment to fresh, local, seasonal products is reflected in the prix fixe tasting menu, which changes daily. The menu is complemented by an award winning wine list of more than 600 fine wines, which are displayed in the wine library and are chosen by co-owner and wine director, Tony Foreman. An elegant yet comfortable ambiance & luxurious service complete the extraordinary dining experience.

World Class Cuisine`
By aliceanna on 03/29/2002
Charleston is a First Class, in fact, a World Class restaurant. The excellent wine and food parings are out of this world. My first visit was on my birthday, and everything was so perfect that it immediately became my favorite restaurant. On my second visit, again, an outrageousely wonderful meal with fantastic wines! Last Saturday, we lucked out with a last minute reservation, our meal, the Amarone, the 102 year old port....almost heaven, and right in Baltimore!

I was surprised on my birthday Oct. 2003 with our friends and my daughter & her husband to a fabulous evening of wine and food and a beautiful view of the harbor. The meal was excellent and the serving of each course was perfectly timed by our waiter (who was most helpful with his suggestions). Needlessly to say we all left there with a definite desire to return.
