Juban's Restaurant   

I Loved It! The Food Was Spectacular!!! The servers knew what they were doing! I would bring my Grandmother here!

Eat there once a month as a tradition. Never been unsatisfied. Definately make a reservation. Walking in and sitting without one has become harder and harder to do. Highly suggested.

Staff exceedingly rude and evidently inept. Food is mediocre and over-priced. Have been here for business meetings and food was so late coming out that individuals had to leave before being served. Forget having your tea refilled. Called once for reservation, and was actually told I must be kidding. Have not been back; will not go back.

While the over sauced entrees are tolerable, the arrogance of the restaurant iand it's management s unforgiveable. They tout their wine list but it is amazing how many wines on the list are not realy available. Complaints registered about the non-maintenance of the wine list were responed to with a sarcastic "sorry you were inconvenienced". It is obvious to me that providing truly excellent customer service is something they do not ubnderstand, On another visit the waiter splled sauce from an entree on my wife's silk jacket. A quick dab to wipe it up, but no apology. The jacket is ruined and the rest of the outfit now sits unused. So one more time, a "screw the patrons" mentality was reflected. In a more competitive environment, Juban's would be consumed by competition, It isa sad to see a long standing institution self destruct through a disregard for the people that pay the bills.
