the location on Montgomery Hwy has been below par every time I have ever been there. <1* the location Downtown is hard to beat 5 * the location on Hwy 280 is excellent. 5* The location in Calera is good 3*

The seafood is ALWAYS over cooked and it all tastes the same, no matter what you get. The side pasta dish is over cooked too. At least the prices are cheap.

This place is always a winner. The people at Red Loser need to come over here and wash the dishes.

i have been a patron of the fish market for many years and i can say there is no fresher seafood that you can get in the birmingham area. you can pay more but the fish market as far as my dollor is the best in town. i went in to buy some fresh tuna and george serris came to the counter to help me i told him what i wanted, he took a tuna fillet out of the cooler and threw it on the floor because it did not meet his standards he then took a whole tuna and cut it. i think that is rare today that he cares about his food and not just about making a buck.
