The Piper Pub & Grill is the home of Idaho's largest single-malt scotch selection. With some 45 varieties, you can choose from a lightly malted 12-year-old Bunnahabhain, a well-rounded Glenmorangie 18 or a bold and oaky Dalmore 21. Premier martinis and manhattans are always served as doubles. The pub features hearty brunch fare, including specialties like Piper Browns (country- style potatoes with sliced bangers and steamed broccoli topped with hollandaise sauce, served with toast or an English muffin) and Blanton's Steak & Eggs (two small top sirloins topped with Blanton's single-barrel bourbon and peppercorn sauce, served with two eggs, toast and potatoes). Three-egg omelettes, raspberry French toast, huevos rancheros, sandwiches, burgers, fish-and- chips and chicken salad round out the menu. The menu also features late-night bites, and there's seating available on the terrace overlooking downtown Boise.
