Thats that way to do it! Owner John A is in the Kitchen working his talent! Meals are large , fresh , and have a great taste. The Menu is not pub size at all lots to choose from. GCP is a place where everyone knows you name. It has certainly turnen into a great local pub and Joyce the bartender is one of the best ive seen! She an the great flowers add class to the place. Its a small place so get there early they open at 4:30 the dishes are delicious, large with a great variety. The prices are moderate and worth the portions. If you go try the fish its fresh daily ! Enjoy
