It's not your father's Irish pub -- unless your dad happens to be a B.U. undergrad with a taste for chicken wings and house music. Hailed as the "Cadillac of Irish bars," this two-floor partyplex might be better described as a fully loaded SUV. The mahogany accents and free-flowing Guinness establish its credentials as a pub, but one can hardly imagine guys named Paddy bending an elbow in proximity to the revelers who haunt Orange (a Tuesday-night "pressure session" featuring local and international DJs). That said, there's more than one scene in The Kells' Brighton Avenue space -- in fact, it includes a dining room, four bars and two dance floors, arranged in a format that owes more to Jillian's than it does to the Old Sod. There's also an encyclopedic menu of Irish, American and Tex-Mex comfort-food staples, affording diners the schizophrenic experience of ordering fajitas with a side dish of corned beef hash

Tuesdays is one of the best nights i have been to in Boston. The night is called Orange, the music is house. I saw Nigel Richards this past November and there wasn't even a cover charge.
