Stop here for a delicious, quick lunch. Virgilio's, which is known for its wonderful homemade bread, serves sandwiches, pizza, cookies and other goodies. Be forewarned: lunchtime is the worst time to go if you're hungry or in a hurry because there's always a line out the door. With only two tables, this is not a place for large groups looking to sit down. Order a couple of sandwiches before you head off to a picnic or to the beach (the tuna and chicken salads are fresh and tasty). Don't forget to order a few cannolis; they stuff them fresh while you wait. Virgilio's also has a mini-grocery that sells authentic Italian products. --Shelley E. Molina
