After hearing so much about his place I finally took the plunge. Within ten minutes some paper-thin slabs of pita bread with lukewarm ingredients (including some strips of ham that must've come from a box of Lunchables) arrived at our table. They must be kidding. BUt then I looked around the room and realized that I was in a very trendy place full of people who don't enjoy food, except the half-digested kind that comes up with epicac.

Anyone who knows anything about pizza will tell you that this isn't really pizza. Whatever it is, it's not bad, but it's not pizza. Tries to be hip place...

Everything about this pizza is perfect: the texture of the crust, the flavor of the toppings. The sweet ham and Manchego with hot peppers and scallions is to die for.
