Language barriers are normal when you order food from an ethnic restaurant. But customer service should still be expected. When I called about an incorrect order, the person who answered argued and debated me about how he "repeated the order" non-stop. I had serious trouble understanding him when I originally placed the order, and tried to explain that we may have had an innocent language barrier that I tried to be sensitive to. BUT - I still had an unwanted order that should be replaced. Instead he kept trying to pull me into an arguement about how he "repeated the order," and refused to offer a solution except that I accept what I got. I told him I'd solve the problem myself, cancelled the Visa charge and immediately posted this message to warn future customers.
