Chilis in Burlington used to be the best. Shirley in the bar area was the reason me and my 4 buddies went there for 10 years every Wednesday night. Something happened. Shirley isn't in the bar anymore so we're going to the 99! Screw this place until they take care of the customers. We miss ya and love ya Shirley!

to top it off I had brought my
twin sons out for a family
celebration and not only was
there no cake but whenthey
came to sing Happy Birthday
