I have been there many times and have always found the staff very nice and friendly and the food is always great! There is a very divierse menu that tops most in the area. Be prepared as some of the dishes are very different than the usual chinese food in the area. If your not prepared for something a little different than the typ. Chi-Am mix you may want to think twice. I call it "clean or a healthy type of Chinese food" as the sauces are nice and light, not overly thick or too sweet and sticky or greasy fried foods as with many in the area. However, I have found many friends in the area have gotten use to that nasty overly sauced Chi-Am mix food in the area and can't cope. Having personally eaten Chinese Food from Boston to San Francisco, and in between, I still appreciate their food and friendly staff. Down side: The interior and exterior could use some updating. Since the last time I have been in the area about 7 years ago, things seem the same. Heavy competition in the Chinese rest. realm in this area of Mass esp. buffets. Very kickass!

The most disgusting place i have ever been. Bad service, bad setting, bad food. I recommend Quan Yin in Worcester over this any day.
