Harried hotel guests and solo diners can saddle up to the tiny sushi bar, where expert sushi masters dice and roll the night away.The FoodThe simple menu is easy for sushi newcomers to navigate, while offering several intricate delicacies (tuna belly) that keep sushi snobs satisfied. Prices are reasonable, considering the excellent quality of the ingredients. After starting with an order of lightly-fried shrimp and vegetable tempura or one of the playful salads, move on to combination orders of sushi and sashimi that include a fantastically smoky miso soup and a simple green salad (which benefits from a flavorful sesame dressing).
