Well, I read the mostly bad reviews on cityguide, but still went anyway..big mistake!!! It is all true, bad food, rude staff and even ruder owner (what's up with the old lady hair?) or maybe he is the manager, doesn't matter, they should realize the customer and word of mouth is what matters..

I was there not too long ago, and the food was great, until i started eating my chicken parm. i cut into the chicken and took a bite. I almost choked on a 2 inch bone. and i spit it out and asked the waitress to come over, and i showed her. i mean its supposed to be a boneless chicken cutlet. and she brought the manger over, and they offered me a free dessert and i didnt want one. so i declined, and i didnt even finish my meal because i was disgusted. and they still charged me the 15 dollars for it, and the most the manager could do was give me a card for a free appetizer under 8 dollars, monday - thursday not on weekends or holidays. how rude!

WORST FOOD! WORST SERVICE! THE WORST RESTAURANT PERIOD. DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT GOING HERE. VERY RUDE STAFF!!

I took my two young sons for "a treat". No such luck. The waitress cared more about the tables of guys that she spent most of her time at. She recommended the most boring greek salad I've had in a long time. The boys' kids meals clearly stated $3.95 on the placemat and was supposed to include a drink. Well, evidently chocolate milk isn't included in the kids meal menu b/c we were charged for it and the 2 kids meals rang in at $9.90.She thought that must have included the tax. So then what's the tax at the bottom of the bill??? When I addressed the situation to the hostess, she pointed out that they hadn't crossed out the old prices yet and written in the new prices...hmmmm...what ever happened to the customer is always right? Lousy experience....never again.
