NEW OWNERS AS OF OCT 17 2005 VOTED # 1 RESTAURANT AROUND...

Myself and my family (20 people) went there about three years ago for a special night out, some of us ordered steak, and some ordered seafood. When the dinner was served, all the steaks were cold. My brother in-law ordered lobster which when he tasted it said that it did not taste right. My father in-law then tasted the same lobster and agreed that it was bad. Here is where the real problem comes in! We alerted the waitress of these problems and the owner came to our table. He said we could send the steaks back to be reheated. When told of the problem with the lobster, he seemed to become insulted that his restaurant could serve a bad lobster. At our disbelief, he tasted my brother in-law's lobster himself and said there was nothing wrong with it!!! Is this any way to treat your customers? We obviously left the restaurant without even any appology from the owner! There are too many fine restaurants out there to visit that will not treat their customers with such disrespect! My family has not visited this restaurant since, and certainly will not in the future!
