Good but not EXCELLENT
I ate here on a Saturday recently, after discovering that Number Nine Park was closed. Usually [twice before, actually] they don't let me in to this swank restaurant, probably due to the scars on my face or my slurred speech defect. In fact I was hoping that this time the bouncers would be equally evil-spirited, so I could hire a lawyer and sue their pants off, but hey, they smiled to see me -- the place was actually deserted -- and I sat at the bar and slurped down my Heineken. I ate their banana pancakes, which were surprisingly good. The whole meal -- beer and tip included -- cost me just $20, so I was happy

We had a table of ten. The service was great with almost an equal number of staff to our party size. Each appetizer was great. The main entrée was terrific albeit the portions were small. The wine list was exceptional, if you are a connoisseur. I especially enjoyed the one homemade potato chip and dollop of dip before the appetizers were served. Seemed like a silly thing to serve. Overall great place to spend someone else's money.
