Very overrated
By eatlikes on 01/27/2006
The service was very poor -- multiservers who treat you like a commodity and don't pay attention to what you say. Our server asked if they didn't have our wine would be interested in another about the same price ( it was $10-12 more!) Our entrees came while we were still eating our salads and the bread plates taken as soon as we lifted the last section of bread from the plate! They forgot the side of fries ($5) (waitress said they were favboulous) we brought it to their attention -- they were so soggy that when you lifted them they folded in half! The standard recipe there seems to be to coat everything in olive oil, forgot the other advertised flavors, and then grill it. Geasy food. Don't waste your time (altho you get out of there in no time) no value fo what you get. We eat out a lot - don't mind paying for good food and service but this place is full of themselves. I did not list everything that was wrong here either.

Just okay

Food is nothing special and the atmosphere is okay. Service was slow the last two times I ate there. I do like the the location but feel it is over priced.

PEOPLE YOU NEED TO GET OUT MORE. ONE STAR FOR THE LOCATION AND THE HOSTESS. THE FOOD IS BAD MAYBE IM JADED BY WHAT I HAD. THE BRUNCH WAS WORSE-WHO CANNOT MAKE SCRAMBLED EGGS? THEY WERE OVERCOOKED AND THE MENU HAS NO IMMAGINATION HAPPENING. THE OWNER NEEDS TO BE THERE ON SUNDAY. NO ATMOSPHERE-WHAT-A LITTLE FIREBOX. CHECK OUT HELMAND IN CAMBRIDGE. THATS ATMOSPHERE.
