If you are a first time vistor to Burlington, you should check out Boves. You get alot of food for the money. I visit every chance I get.

Great food, great prices, great value, ~ excellent service. Get there early for a seat on the week ends.

BOVES HAS BEEN AROUND.. FOREVER, THIS DOESNT DIMINISH THEIR QUALITY OR CONSISTENCY OR ABILITY TO KEEP THEIR PRICES VERY REASONABLE. I BELIEVE IT YOU RELATE THE PORTION SIZE TO THE PRICE AND COMPARE WITH OTHER RESTAURANTS... THEY ARE ACTUALLY WAY AHEAD OF THE GAME. THIS ISNT HAUTE CUISINE.. THIS IS GOOD TASTING REASONABLY PRICED ITIALIAN FOOD.
