THIS IS THE BEST PIZZA IN TOWN..AND THE ITALIAN BEEF IS GREAT..

Since the mid-1960's, Manzella's (for those who know about it) has been one of the best restaurants in Champaign-Urbana. If home-cooked Italian food or the best thin-crust Pizza in town is your thing, then Manzella's is the place for you to eat. It is one of the few restaurants that can still boast that they are family owned, family operated, and are truly family oriented. The decor is Mom & Pop comfortable, but the food - the food is what you go there for!! (They offer full menu delivery every evening of the week - but no delivery during the day.) The menu has a little bit of everything on it so that people who don't want Italian can also find something to eat. For those who do want Italian, the menu items are very traditional, and made fresh daily. Having eaten at Manzella's for over thirty years, I love everything on the menu, but I really recommend the Lasagne, the Italian Beef sandwich, and the Shrimp Scampe. If you are wanting a fancy restaurant with a fancy menu, then Manzella's is not the place for you. But, if good, home-cooked traditional Italian food is what you crave, then try Manzella's!! Manzella's, first and foremost, is a family restaurant that puts the emphasis where it belongs: ON THE QUALITY AND QUANTITY OF THE FOOD!!!
