Going Down Hill
I have been going to Shem Creek for 15 years and the prices keep going up while the service goes down. Was once a casual place.

Wonderful seafood and steaks. A great local hangout when no one is a stranger. Three bars, one by the dock, an oyster bar and one inside the restaurant.

Good food if you don't mind waiting an hour and a half for it! Don't go hungry!
Overcooked
Service was great and people were friendly. Seafood was disappointing although it was very tasty, it was over cooked. Not what I'd expect for a place on the water with fresh seafood at hand.
Don't mind spending the money for well served food that is done right.
