Great but...

... extremely pricey. Nice for special occasions and an experience you should not pass up. But for this type of dining experience, I prefer Hank's in downtown Charleston. Another pricey restaurant but probably the best restaurant in the area. Food is excellent and the service staff is the best I've ever encountered - very impressive.

The best in Charleston
By mkaiser98 on 10/01/2003
This is hands down the best place we've eaten at in Charleston. It's very pricey, but well worth it. If you want a very nice meal for a special occasion, you simply can't do better.

Romantic setting with excellent food
By pnheaven2001 on 04/04/2002
The food at 82-Queen is superb, yet it definatley is priced for it. 82-Queen is not a place for someone that doesn't want to spend much money. For two people with appetizers and desert, and a meal, plus the tip, our meal was over $80. We got what we paid for though. The servers were friendly, and the food was excellent. We have been there twice for fancy occaisons and have enjoyed it both times. I have even seen family's with children eat here, so it is not just for a two people romanitc meal. I would recommend this for any couple looking for a special place to eat for a special occaison!
