Unfortunately, featherstone 467 had one of those rare bad experiences. I've been to Big Chill several times, bringing friends and family for fun, food and great entertainment. Our dining experience at The Big Chill has always been consistantly good. The staff is nice and always makes us feel at home. My suggestion is for featherstone to give it another try. It is one of the best places to go in Charlotte.

TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT...LOUSY SERVICE...1 1/2 HOURS TO GET FOOD AND IT WASN'T BUSY AT ALL...VERY OVERPRICED...FOOD WAS OVERCOOKED AND COLD...VERY POOR WAITER...INATTENTIVE AND POORLY TRAINED...ONLY THING COLDER THAN FOOD WAS THE COFFEE...ALL AROUND BAD EXPERIENCE...

LOVED IT!! I attended the poetry reading with Omar Tyree. Loved the atmosphere and hope to attend for jazz night or another poetry reading. Would make a great date place.
