I live in Lynchburg, Virginia - found patio set I wanted in Charlotte. Daughter lives in Gastonia - rented truck 102.00 to drive to Charlotte and pickup patio set. Called and tried to purchase with credit card that morning to make sure they still had it when she got there. Couldn't do that. Checked 3 times from Sat to Sun to make they still had furniture. When she arrived - both sets that remained were clearly marked damaged on boxing. No one ever mentioned they were damaged in the 3 calls we made to check on before the truck was rented and before spent the day driving down and back. Plus, the table was granite and both were damaged beyond use. The store would not do anything for us......... No customer service
