A+ amenities-HORRIBLE service
Just recently, I stayed here for about 4 days. Yes, the amenities are great, if you are able to sleep with an AC unit that constantly sounds like WW3 and fails to get repaired. However, if you are looking for excellent customer service, then I would continue to keep scrolling down the page. The majority of the staff was unpleasant and failed to honor any simple request. I am not one for confrontation, however it happened here at the Morgan Hotel & Suites.
