Spuds that far back in line?
Spuds are NUMBER ONE! I first tried them in Milwaukee back in '58. There were several very good bakeries there back then but NONE beat the spud shop. When ever I go past the Charlottesville area in VA, I stop in. I wish they were closer or opened on here in WV.
Great donuts
There used to be a Spudnut shop in East Lansing, MI in the 60's when I was at Michigan State. I wonder was it a national franchise?
One of the Best
Spudnuts are great. I often wonder how KK took over the glazed doughnut world while we still had spudnuts. Marketing.
