I will only eat at this place, because as you order they make it in front of you, and its always fresh..no other place can compare. I have been told the buffet at other places are frozen leftovers...yuck..and that ones spit in the soup for good luck...yum! at hong kong they are in view all the time..Yum..keep up the good fod and service..
