You Can't Lose
Excellent, well-prepared food. Very good, friendly service in a pleasant, home-like atmosphere where you do not feel rushed. And all at a great price. You simply cannot go wrong!

I have eaten there a couple times. Some things have been ok, but most not... also thought it seemed pricey.

Coming from the San Francisco Bay Area I know good Chinese food. And Happy Friends is very good. When in Cheyenne we always make it a frequent place for dinner.
