The customer service is horrible I ordered stargazer flowers for mothers day and got the wrong arrangement delivered her, when I called the owner to notify him of the mistake he said they ran out of stargazer flowers and he sent another arrangement of mixed flowers instead. after informing him that was not what I ordered and payed for, he said that he can pick up the flowers and send the original ones I ordered the next day. instead of calling me to notify me they sent some cheep flowers; The corect thing to do is notify your customers and give them the choice of selecting something else or canceling the order, don't wait till 8:00 pm to deliver flowers 3 blocks away and dont take it upon yourself to make choices for customers. I recomend you take your business somewhere else.
