The hotel is easily accessible by public transportation, and has valet parking facilities. For your dining pleasure there are four restaurants located within the hotel itself. Big, a brasserie and bar located on the mezzanine in the lobby boasts over 1,400 spirits and a 228-foot bar. poor service, poor chef,
This restaurant leaves nothing to recommend it. Service was exceptionally poor. Presentation was very poor. Steaks were not cooked too as ordered. When sent back came out closer to desired. One steak ordered black and blue (Pittsburgh) the other ordered medium well. They came out medium and very well done first round. When sent back came out rare and medium. I would choose any of the other fine chophouses in Chicago prior to ever returning to this restaurant. Not for the steak lover.
